Legend has it that Silver Bones have been unearthed near the Dry Grassland, but I'm not sure how true that is.
The Smith forging workshop in Jale received orders for Magic White Silver Swords, but they lack Silver Bones, so they came to use with an order. Unfortunately, Silver Bones only form in the most rare, unique conditions, so they're tough to find.
