Phoenix Tower was originally used to guard Lost Highlands as well as the ancient Phoenix Clan.
The Phoenix Tower Guardian Spirit will only accept orders from the Phoenix Clan, but the clansmen have died out, so we must acquire the Phoenix Emblem so that the Guardian Spirit will listen to our pleas.
The Phoenix Emblem will transform dead Phoenix Clan warriors into heavenly spirits. I think a Phoenix heavenly spirit in the tower must have that emblem.
Unfortunately, I'd bet that the Phoenix heavenly spirits have been demonized. Be careful.
You must acquire the Phoenix Emblem to command me to activate Phoenix Tower's Seal Power.
As a Guardian of the Tower, I have no right to activate the seal of my own volition.
When I was still the Prince of Phoenix, I never needed the Phoenix Emblem to command the Tower Guardian Spirit, but now...
